Clarissa Ong, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral associate at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston University and CBTeam. Her research interests include perfectionism, process-based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders. She has co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed articles, six book chapters, and two books and received funding from the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. Her self-help book for perfectionism, The Anxious Perfectionist, is now available for purchase.
